At Cork City FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and a copy of the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Turner's Cross

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping point; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned kit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
